Payment is due at the time of service. This may mean deductibles, patients’ portions not covered by insurance or payment in full, if you do not have insurance. Any appointment that exceeds an hour of Dr. Eddleman’s time will need to be prepaid. We accept payment in the form of:
We also offer excellent financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. If you need special arrangements, please speak with our financial coordinator before scheduling your appointment.
If insurance does not pay within 90 days or denies your claim, our office reserves the right to request payment in full for services from you and assist you in collecting from your insurance company the reimbursement that is due to you. We accept most out-of-network payments from PPOs. We also acknowledge traditional fee-for-service insurance plans. Our office will bill your insurance company for you—we only require that you pay your deductible and whatever portion your insurance does not cover at your appointment. We provide treatment plan estimates to our patients. At Eddleman Dental, we like to be thorough, and that includes letting our patients know the details of their treatment options. However, contracts between your employer and insurance companies change often, so we are not able to guarantee the quote prior or at the time of service. We use your up-to-date information to provide our best estimate.
We reserve each appointment solely for you and are proud to offer near-zero wait times. Dr. Eddleman does not double book appointments so that he can make sure to spend as much time as he needs to with you. Because we respect your time so much, we please ask that you respect ours. We kindly ask that you call at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we may give that valuable time to another patient in need. Thank you for your understanding.
