Dr. Eddleman may determine that you need a tooth extraction for any number of reasons. Some teeth are extracted because they are severely decayed; others may have advanced periodontal disease, order or have broken in a way that cannot be repaired. Other teeth may need removal because they are poorly positioned in the mouth (such as impacted teeth), or in preparation for orthodontic treatment. No matter what your needs’ are in reference to extracting, we will be more than happy to assist you. We proudly extract most wisdom teeth in our office under IV sedation.

Extractions can be Simple or Surgical, depending on the individual situation. Sometimes teeth need to have gums or bone removed to allow extraction. Other instances a tooth may be badly broken, decayed, damaged, or even just a root tip left which may require surgery to extract them.
