Multiple tooth replacement: If you are missing multiple teeth, then an implant-supported bridge may be the solution for you. Unlike traditional bridgework or removable partial dentures that can slip, come loose, and cause irritation, am implant supported bridge stays secure and strong, and won’t cause problems for your adjacent teeth.
If you are missing all of your teeth in the upper or lower and currently have a removable full denture, then an implant supported denture could be an option for you. Unlike removable full dentures which can fit poorly, cause gum irritation and pain from exposed nerves, implant-supported bridges or dentures virtually eliminate slipping and movement. This added support decreases embarrassment giving patients the ability to eat, laugh, and speak in public.

If 4 implants are placed on the maxillary arch (upper) then the patient has the option to have a horseshoe denture made so the palate will not be covered. This type of denture allows patients to taste their food, feel temperatures prior to hot coffee hitting the their throat, and are great for patients with a sensitive gag reflex.
